Research has shown that people who follow a typical standard American diet and lifestyle will spend many years dying (maybe 10 or more) and only live into their 60’s or 70’s. Conversely, people who live a very healthy lifestyle will live into their 80’s and 90’s and may go to bed one night and just not wake up. Typically they will only have end of life illnesses that last a short number of weeks or maybe months. This is the irony of “dying faster”. Better quality of life. More years. Less time spent dying.
